"Yes, it's Yes." I mean, "No, it's not Yes." Maybe "Yes, it's not Yes." "I'm not Yes, but I play them on teevee." In the world of clone bands (like Gray Lady Down/Marillion), there can be no better example than Starcastle/Yes. The vocals are a little bitty bit lower in range than Jon Anderson and they've got two guitarists, but otherwise you can close your eyes and drift off to "Close to the Edge" land. Fans of Yes will either love or hate the band, depending on their tolerance for the differences, but others can probably run through the Yes catalog before picking this up.
